Please download the abstract template clicking the button below. Make sure that you follow the guidelines, as any submission that does not meet all the requirements will not be accepeted and immediately returned to the authors.

While there are no limitations on the number of submitted abstracts, the LOC reserves the right to limit the number and format of presentations by a single author depending on the schedule. Download Template (Word Format)


How to submit the abstract

You have three ways to submit the abstract:

What do you mean a "Google account"?

GOOGLE ACCOUNT HOLDERS

  • Step 1. Click on this link
  • Step 2. Sign in using your Google account
  • Step 3. Fill out the form and directly upload your PDF abstract
  • Step 4. You are done!

NO GOOGLE ACCOUNT

  • Step 1. Click on this link
  • Step 2. Fill out the form
  • Step 3. You will receive a link to upload your PDF abstract
  • Step 4. Upload your abstact within 48 hours
  • Step 5. You are done!

CHECK GOOGLE ACCOUNT

    If you use any google service like Gmail or Drive then you have a Google account. Use that same email to log in.

  • Step 1. Visit the Account Recovery page
  • Step 2. Input any email you think might have been used to create an account
  • Step 3. If the account exists, follow the steps to recover it
