Computational physics
The major focus of this unit is to develop different kinds of virtuaal tools that can be used as teaching aids in lieu of real scientific instruments. The Laboratory is equipped with 24 IMAC desktop computers and five MacBook Pro laptop computers. The unit has already developed various virtual teachings aids for mechanics, electricity and magnetic field. This effort is will be enhanced soon to include engineering, chemical and biological systems.
