Programme (see abstracts)

The purpose of the first SPECIAL II workshop is to sketch a larger scientific program and to determine an action plan for the future by having an extended poster session with appropriate discussions, stimulated by some background review lectures.

The first day is intended to determine the required parts for a larger scientific project, and the second day is devoted to the identification of the various scientific elements. The third day is to determine representatives of scientific elements and to name delivarables, while the last day is to sketch a time line for project preparation.
