SIC development
A major part of the activities within the aeronomy group is development and applications of the Sodankylä Ion Chemistry (SIC) model.
Current work includes using the SIC model for interpreting active ionospheric heating experiments and for modelling production of nitric oxide..
Other programs
This is a collection of some programs I have written. I give no guarantee whatsoever that they work as intended. Neither have I made them "foolproof". However everybody is welcome to modify them for their own needs. Downloads are found here.

LaTeX and BibTeX
Here is a modified version of the export2bib scripts for BibTeX formatting, adapted for the Ovid bibliographic format, since that system is accessible from our university library.
Many bibliographic search systems also provide BibTeX output directly.
