The purpose of the Sodankylä Seminars is to discuss science and future strategies and actions related to space research. Naturally this includes the presentation of recent results and recent, current as well as future activities. A list of past and future seminars is given at the bottom of this page.
The next Finnish EISCAT Collaboration Meeting will be part of the Sodankylä Seminar and take place on Thursday, 9th January 2014, in the morning.
The seminar will begin at 13:30 LT on Tuesday, 7th January, and end with lunch at 12:00 LT on Thursday, 9th January. Lunch 12:00-13:30 LT on all three days at own cost, breakfast will hopefully be available for guest room occupants. Note: Due to SGO's kitchen being outsourced from January 2014, we do not yet know about possibilities and cost!
Note: Seminar language will be English!
The registration fee is 60 EUR/person to be paid upon arrival at our finance office.
The programme is now available in PDF form here.
The Sodankylä Seminar will take place at Sodankylä Geophysical Observatory, in the lecture room of the Polaria building.
